Responsibility: Applications and Database Systems Architect at CSR Projects where Ade has analysed requirements and implemented an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) that allows logging and amending of Employer and Employee contact details with communication notes in addition to details of opportunities (paid employment or work experience) provided by the Employer to CSR Projects so that we can source and represent suitable candidates in response. The system built and owned by CSR Projects importantly allows the logging of Candidate information and embeds the functionality to associate candidates to Prospect/Employer opportunities. It is the intention in future to enable Client/Employer specific secure access into the system for them to view Candidates that CSR PROJECTS has sourced/represented further to association to a Client/Employer requirement/opportunity(work experience or paid employment) by CSR Projects candidate care desk representatives serving Clients/Employers within a recruitment consultant capacity.

Responsibility:   The CSR Projects mission is to better disadvantaged social circumstances and we have identified a number of areas in which individuals or groups in society are disadvantaged. Inequality in accessing justice is a major disadvantage to many in our society. CSR Projects aims to provide information and support to those who fall in this category by providing a McKenzie Friend Service to litigants in person. Dulara volunteers for CSR Projects in fulfilling this aspect of our mission by identifying, implementing, and expanding the CSR Projects McKenzie Friend Service.

Responsibility:   To guide and support the Founder/Director of CSR PROJECTS in the ongoing expanding and related management of the Employability and Recruitment services, namely E2E (Experience to Employment) and RIOS (Resource Identification Outsource Services). This encompasses conducting of all Volunteer and/or Work Experience Candidate Inductions through to supervision of the E2E and RIOS representatives serving in a Recruitment capacity for CSR Projects to include but not limited to Head hunting  New Business Development and Account Management. Additionally the responsibility includes compiling and review of related organisation policies.
